“Drum Runners” hand painted sign

Fishing for drum is a favorite pastime here in coastal North Carolina. The Red Drum, also called Channel Bass, Spottail Bass or Redfish, is revered by the locals for its beauty, strength and, of course, delicious taste!
Our antique style signs are all built from repurposed pine boards with old wood molding trim on the faces. Every aspect of these signs, including the lettering and pinlines, is painted by hand without the use of computers or stencils to give them a truly authentic feel. We then distress the wood and finish the signs with an aging stain to complete the look. The red drum for this sign was hand carved from western red cedar and hand painted with 1 shot lettering enamels.
Our antique signs come with heavy duty wire hangers attached to the back, so they come to you ready to hang. They can be put indoors or outside on a covered porch or other protected area.

Overall size 14” tall x 30” wide x 2” thick. Weight 6 lbs.
